Our Approach (1/3)
We assign an experienced Account Manager to each Customer to provide a single point of contact for all their needs. The Account Manager, supported by our in-house team, will be responsible for all aspects of your energy requirement from start to finish.
For each energy requirement we normally use a five step process as follows:

• Plan Initiation
• Plan Management

Our Approach (2/3)
Agree Requirement
We carefully review and agree the exact requirement of the Customer in terms of product specification, financing approach and logistics.
Identify Solution
Once we have the agreed requirement we work with our suppliers to identify suitable solutions. We review the solutions with our Customer to identify the preferred supplier and approach. Where necessary we work with our business partners for financing, insurance and logistics support.
Our Approach (3/3)
Plan Initiation
Once we have the preferred supplier and approach, and the Customer is ready to proceed, we prepare and arrange the execution of the necessary paperwork and contracts to initiate the trade.
Plan Management
Once all the paper work is completed and the trade initiated, we carefully mange the progress to ensure the product is safely delivered on time. Any issues are identified early with swift resolution.
Plan Review Upon completion of the trade we review the experience to make sure everything has been completed correctly and that any learning points are identified and built into future business processes.
